** Available to medical students, graduate students, undergraduate students and fellows training in a hematology or hematology-oncology related field. Registrant must send proof that is provided from their institutions stating he/she currently fits one of the above types to qualify for this rate.
Registration fees for the Annual Meeting include:
- Admission to all scientific sessions and the exhibition.
- E-certificate of attandance

*** Cancellation Policy: Requests for registration cancellation must be received by the EHOC 2020 Registration Secretariat via e-mail to registration@ehoc.org. An administrative fee of € 50 will be applied for cancellations received before or on October 7, 2020. No refund will be processed for cancellations received after October 7, 2020. Please note that refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of EHOC 2020, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
